　　由上海松江假日酒店酒店金牌行政总厨亲自指导，课程着重互动教学，制作中西式蛋糕、甜品与茶点。小学员们可把他们在课程中所创作的美食带回家跟至亲们分享。在这里，不仅可以亲手制作自己喜欢的食物，酒店大厨更在现场结合实际，教授各种食材的英文词汇，既学厨艺，又练英文，真是一举两得。
